Refunds & Ticket Policy – Lofritex IT Solutions
Refunds are determined solely by the Event Organisers. Lofritex IT Solutions acts only as a facilitator and is not responsible for refund decisions. Refund policies may vary by event, so we strongly recommend reading the Terms & Conditions for each event before booking.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, suspended, or delayed for any reason, Lofritex IT Solutions will not issue refunds and is not liable for any losses incurred due to such changes.
It is your responsibility to verify whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled and to check the date and time of any rearranged event. Lofritex IT Solutions will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders once the Event Organiser authorises a cancellation or reschedule, but we cannot guarantee advance notice before the event date.
Tickets are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue or Event Organiser. Violations of these rules or any behaviour that may cause damage, nuisance, or injury may result in ejection from the venue. Security checks may be conducted at times to ensure the safety of all patrons. Lofritex IT Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Tickets may have limits per person, credit card, or household, depending on the event. Lofritex IT Solutions reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased beyond these limits without prior notice.
